The 6" CNC-machined aluminum PM501L Manfrotto-Type Quick Release Plate with Arca-Type Clamp from ProMediaGear mounts to horizontal Arca-type plates or L-plates in a vertical orientation, so you can slide the plate into a fluid video head with a Manfrotto RC5 quick release system. This allows you to capture video with your DSLR camera. The clamp on the plate is spring-loaded, and it has a ratchet handle to reposition the handle to retighten the clamp. On the bottom of the plate, an integrated QD socket is located for a shoulder or sling strap.
