The Kramer FC-46H2 is a 4K HDR HDMI audio de-embedder perfect for distributing the audio signal from a Blu-ray player to a stereo system or home theater receiver. Additionally, it supports 4K at 60 Hz (4:4:4) resolution for crisp video pass-through to a display.

The FC-46H2 can de-embed from either the HDMI input or the HDMI output ARC, sending the resulting stereo audio simultaneously to the coaxial S/PDIF digital output and the 5-pin terminal block balanced analog audio output. DIP switches allow selection of the three EDID management modes—lock, pass-through, or force 2-channel LPCM.

Controls and LED indicators are clearly laid out on the front panel for simple configuration. The DigiTOOLS enclosure, made of aluminum for sturdiness, features a fanless, convection-cooled design to save space without compromising temperature regulation.
