With feedback from professional installers, this crimp tool was designed with several superior features. Ratcheted for Full Compression Cycle
Simply45 has designed this Universal RJ45 Crimp Tool ratcheted in order to ensure that the RJ45 pins are properly seated onto the wire conductors.
Synchronized Handles
Synchronized handles compress together during the crimping cycle. This synchronization delivers consistent and even force directly to the plug socket. The result is a smoother, faster, and easier crimping process. The handles open up to 4.25", allowing for more force with less hand effort during the crimping cycle. This tool uses both handles in tandem to deliver the crimping force with much less effort, and this enables you to crimp Cat 6 or Cat 6a cables with one hand. Being able to do so is especially useful when you have many terminations to complete in a day.
Steel-Reinforced
This Crimp Tool is wrapped with reinforced steel to ensure tool stability during the crimping cycle. Crimp tool stability results in a smoother crimping cycle, better pin sets, more consistent wire trimming, and greater durability over time.
Wire Alignment Pattern
Wire alignment patterns type A/B are laser-engraved right under the crimping socket. Simply45 also lists the pattern to match how the RJ45 modular plug is inserted into the tool. This makes it easy to provide one last check to be sure the wires are properly aligned inside the plug before crimping. As a result, you eliminate the possibility of putting the wire alignment upside down into the plug.
