Adjust the position and balance of your camera while adding a set of 15mm LWS rods with the SHAPE 15mm Lightweight Baseplate for Canon C500 Mark II and C300 Mark III. It features an adapter plate and a lightweight baseplate with rod clamps, as well as a pair of 12" 15mm rods. The adapter plate features three holes for camera tie-down screws, which enables your camera to be centered on the lightweight baseplate. The included Lightweight Baseplate features rod clamps in the front and rear, while three 3/8"-16 and six 1/4"-20 mounting holes provide balancing options when attaching this to a tripod or tripod plate.
Providing support to your camera while protecting its underside from repeated attachment to and removal from tripod plates, the SHAPE Adapter Plate for Canon C500 Mark II and C300 Mark III is designed to mate perfectly with your camera. The plate centers your camera left to right for mounting on tripods or other mounting adapters so matte boxes and other rod-mounted accessories line up correctly when your camera with adapter plate is mounted on a baseplate that features support rods.
The bottom of the adapter plate has five 3/8"-16 and four 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes in a straight line that allow you to adjust the position and balance of your camera forward and back when mounted on a baseplate or directly on a tripod. An included Allen wrench tightens the cap head screws that mount the plate onto your camera. This is for the adapter plate only.
This pair of 15mm Aluminum Rods from SHAPE connects to your camera rig, extending it and letting you add compatible accessories. With these two rods and a few fundamental accessories, you can begin building your own rig from scratch.
