HPRC HPRC3600 Overview

Store, transport, and protect your gear with this watertight, dustproof, black/blue 3600 Backpack Hard Case without Foam. The pack features a built-in purge valve, and polypropylene plastic resin construction. Carry the case with the top handle or wear it with the padded shoulder straps, chest strap, and padded waist belt.

  • Injection-molded shell made of advanced patented plastic, TTX01 polypropylene-resin
  • Micro-textured surface to reduce scratching
  • Neoprene O-ring to keep the case air and watertight
  • Air pressure release valve
  • Double-hinge locking latches
  • Four extra-strong side loops have been molded in for attaching future accessories such as a jacket and helmet net as well as a tripod holder

Best & Only Hard Case Napsack

This was very hard to find at first because everywhere I looked they were sold out. I was finally able to find the last one that had an empty case on B&H photo at a great price. The case has a waterproof interior with 4 durable latches vs 2 from the previous 3500 series and is also 30 percent bigger inside.If you travel a lot and need your valuables or precious goods to be kept and stored well, this is the backpack for you. One thing to consider when traveling . The backpack will qualify as a carry on not a personal item. The size of the case measures about the same as your standard carry one luggage.

Could use design improvements though. Dslr (D850) with l-plate is very tight when closing lid. Case is extremely unstable when set down vertically.

Can a 16” MacBook Pro in this backpack With divider or foam?

The HPRC 3600 Backpack Hard Case with Foam (Black/Blue) has interior dimensions of 18.9 x 13.9 x 7.6 so it will easily fit a Macbook that is 14x9.77x0.66 inches. The divider version would have more empty space and so it would not be recommended for use with a laptop.
