The 6.5" LD Systems Mix 6 G3 is a 280W passive loudspeaker that’s versatile and simple to use. Designed for portable and install applications, the unit functions as a small-scale PA and personal monitoring. A pair is capable of covering an audience up to 200.
The speaker provides 80 x 70° (H x V) coverage and 122 dB peak SPL—plenty of volume for small-sized venues including houses of worship, conference centers, performance spaces, meeting rooms, bars, and small clubs. The speaker requires a minimum 70W (RMS) or 280W (peak) power to drive the 6.5" woofer and 1" HF-driver, providing crisp, detailed sound with a wide frequency range from 20 kHz down to 80 Hz.
For I/O, the rear panel offers one 1/4" speaker input and one 1/4" speaker output for daisy-chaining to additional speakers. Two speaker pole sockets, one on the bottom and one on the side, allow the speaker to be deployed in a variety of configurations for a host of versatile applications, from main PA to personal monitoring.
