The Wagan Tech iOnBoost V8 TORQUE Jump Starter and Battery Bank provides peace of mind that you'll never be stranded by a dead battery—even if you're not mechanically inclined. Measuring a glove-box-friendly 5.7 x 3.0 x 1.3" and weighing less than 13 ounces, the iOnBoost has a powerful lithium cobalt oxide battery that delivers 400 cranking/800 peak amps to start gasoline engines up to 6.0L and diesels up to 4.5L. It is equipped with two USB ports, one QC3.0 and one 5V/2A, for charging or powering smartphones and other small electronics, and boasts an LED flashlight for after-dark roadside emergencies. No special knowledge is needed to use the jump-starter, and if you do mistakenly put the clamps on the wrong terminals, the iOnBoost V8 TORQUE cuts the power to prevent damage, displays a red light and sounds a warning tone. When the clamps are on the correct terminals, you get a green light and you're ready to charge.
