The Base Plate for Nikon D780 from Really Right Stuff is designed with anti-twist flanges to keep the camera from twisting while mounted on the plate. Once the dovetail plate is on, quick release functionality has been added to the camera. Also, this base plate is compatible with all RRS clamps and most other Arca-type compatible heads.
