Rethought and reengineered for ease of use and a more secure mounting, the second-generation Meopta MeoPix Uni 2 Smartphone Digiscoping Adapter replaces the original's 3-stud grip design with a self-centering collar that clamps around the entire eyepiece, without the need for rings or adapters, for greater hold and reduced light leakage. Designed to fit most of their full-sized binoculars and spotting scopes, the collar can adjust to go over eyepieces with outside diameters from 1.56 to 2.18 inches. You can use most smartphones on the market today and, since it's fully adjustable, it doesn't matter where the camera lens is situated on the body. The adapter is made of both plastic and aluminum to keep it lightweight without sacrificing strength and durability.
