The Sescom SES-X-FA4LXT01 is a cost-effective solution for sending four channels of unidirectional line-level audio over a single-mode optical fiber cable—with the analog signal digitally encoded at 24-bit/48 kHz. It offers a transmission distance up to 12.4 miles with little to no loss of signal quality. The kit can be used for stadiums, live-event stages, broadcast studios, theme parks, distance surveillance systems, or professional AV installs.

The SES-X-FA4LXT01 includes a 4-channel transmitter unit and a 4-channel receiver unit, both housed in rugged aluminum enclosures with balanced XLR connectors. Use an ST fiber optical cable (available separately) to connect the two units via their respective bayonet-style ST fiber connectors—engineered to ensure a consistent, uninterrupted signal. The plug-and-play design ensures fast, adjustment-free installation and operation.

All Sescom optical and electrical interfaces conform to the international standards of compliance including FCC & RoHS certifications.

Is it possible to use LC fiber with these assuming I use the appropriate LC to X media converter?
