This is a solid back up plate! Honestly, I needed more for the screws because I had trouble finding it

It does its job but it's annoying that Sirui has a proprietary plate mount. This plate works on Manfrotto heads but manfrotto will not work on Sirui heads (as I found out and had to buy this one).

Is this compatible with the VH-10 heads? This has no wait time and is $30 cheaper so would be nice to go with this if possible
