I was looking to purchase ink for my Epson 5100 printer which takes 202 ink. I typed in 202XL in the search window and I was wisked to this product. Trusting the B&H website, I made the purchase, not realizing that the substitute product would not work in the Epson 5100. I found this out once I opened one of the ink packs and inserted it into the printer which told me the ink was not correct. I immediately removed the ink cartridge, placed it in a sealed, air tight bag and contacted B&H customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do, and would not allow me to return the opened box in exchange for the correct 202 ink. This caused me to lose the cost of that ink and I still needed to buy replacement ink, which I acquired from another supplier. I was very disappointed in the treatment I received from B&H customer service. The website made the selection of the 200XL ink as a substitute in response to my request for 202XL ink. They could have at least offered me a small gift certificate for a future purchase, but alas, they did nothing to solve my issue.

I have not yet used this ink but I have used the same product for years and have been well satisfied. The only problem is the price, but that is no different for Bh photo. It is too high priced everywhere.p
