You can use it but the tilt/shift movements maybe limited due to the adapter as well as some vignetting in the corners.

Am I correct to assume this will not work with E aperture lenses like the 19mm PC and the 28mm f/1.4 E?
While the lenses will mount, you will not have any Aperture control. The Nikon "E" lenses have a specialized electromagnetic aperture mechanism that can only be controlled electronically. The lenses will stay with the aperture wide open when using them with this adapter.

Yes it will allow you to attach old vintage ai-s, ai, etc lenses that are f-mount to GFX, however it will not allow you to auto focus.
