Yes, The Panasonic Lumix G7 Mirrorless Camera works with DMW-BLC12 Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Batteries. The GyroVu USB to Panasonic DMW-BLC12 Dummy Battery Cable for GH2 (40") would also support the G7, since it works with BLC12 batteries.
