I use this in my PANASONIC FZ-2500 for videography and it keeps me powered up with no battery changes. love It!!!! If you have a G85 like i do it won't work because you cant close the battery door.

No, we do not think the battery door will close or fit with the GyroVu USB to Panasonic DMW-BLC12 Dummy Battery Cable for GH2 (40"). A better choice is: Bescor Coupler & AC Adapter Kit for Sigma fp & Select Panasonic Cameras BH #BEBLC12AC

Yes, The Panasonic Lumix G7 Mirrorless Camera works with DMW-BLC12 Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Batteries. The GyroVu USB to Panasonic DMW-BLC12 Dummy Battery Cable for GH2 (40") would also support the G7, since it works with BLC12 batteries.
