The earpads are as advertised and as they should be. No issues or complaints, and I love the fact the quick swap makes the units look new. But what I am REALLY happy about is the SUPER fast tuern around and delivery! B+H for the win!
Way Better Than The Faux Leather Ones

We have had the Eartec UltraLITE headsets for 4 years now and the Faux Leather headset cups had started to shed little bits of black flex. On top of that the team never really liked them because they were just hot when we were in a hotter environment. Switching to these, the first thing the team noted was they were cooler, more air flow, but could still hear just as well in a high noise environment. Definitely recommend making the switch.
