Made of 6061-T6 aluminum, the plate has a stainless steel QD socket, two 1/4"-20 holes, and two captive 1/4"-20 screws. An anti-twist lip that can be positioned at 30- or 90-degree angles is built into the design. Optional QD swivels that accept your strap are available. Two screws and two hex wrenches are included.

Use this on my Nikon 180-600mm. Added a 3/8” to 1/4” socket adapter so I could use both screws. The QD system is what I prefer for attaching and removing my straps. Easy on and off and secure hold. I use Kirk L-brackets on my bodies as well.

I put it on my Nikkor Z 180-600. The two anchor points are great, and so is the quick disconnect socket.
