Available for download, Symphonic Orchestra Platinum Complete from EastWest is a sampled orchestral collection originally captured in a state-of-the-art concert hall. Recorded by eleven-time Grammy-nominated classical recording engineer Prof. Keith O. Johnson, the virtual instrument features strings, brass, woodwinds, and percussion.
The Platinum Complete Plus version includes 24-bit samples of all the instruments, a total 116GB of content. It also gives you extensive microphone placements including stage, surround, and close miking positions. You can mix these in any manner you choose. Access the instruments via the included Opus engine, which offers a GUI.
