Digitally measure, virtually design, and bring those designs back to the real world with the Cubit Smart AR Bluetooth Laser Measuring Tool from Plott. The Cubit works in conjunction with the Plott app (iOS & Android) to let you take measurements of objects in one of three ways:
- Take a photo of your space with the object in it, such as a door or window. You can also select one from your library. Crop the object and then manually enter its measurements or measure it with the Cubit
- Use the Cubit to measure an object, such as a painting or a chair. You can even add the hanging points for the back of picture frames.
- Using AR technology, use your camera to digitally measure objects that are actually in your space with just a few taps.
Dual Laser Accuracy
The Cubit utilizes dual lasers and a built-in wheel for measurement. One laser is horizontal and the other is vertical, letting you use the Cubit just like a standard tape measure. They are capable of measuring distances of up to 100' in either direction. The built-in wheel gives you the ability to measure irregular objects with curves, such as a chair or statue. The lasers have been designed to digitally measure to within 1/8" for every 30', and the wheel is constructed to provide accuracy to .02%.
No Math Needed
Since you've virtually arranged your objects in your space, there's no need for additional math to figure out exactly where they should actually go in the real world. Cubit can navigate you to the exact spot like a GPS.
