I was the one who asked this question initially, and after using these with the A1 I think the answer is kinda. Yes it works, magnets holds the grid on the head, but it is not a super tight grip. But, for the money saved I would definitely use it over the Profoto grid. I love my Profoto lights A1âs and B10âs, but some of the accessories are just way overpriced.
