MX41B Passive Mixer is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works decently but drops level of inputs I was wanting to use this product as a way of combining the output of multiple computers into one set of headphones. Pros: - it has 4 stereo inputs which is more than I needed - it uses 1/8 stereo jacks (and also allows for 1/4 stereo jacks) - it mixes all four together Cons: - I would prefer if the orientation of the jacks was reversed; with this mixer the inputs are at the bottom and the output is at the top, but I'd prefer to feed all my inputs into the device from the back and have my headphones plug into the front; when I do this, then the interface is upside down (so I move the faders _down_ to turn the volume up on a given channel, and of course all the lettering is upside down) - the output level is much quieter than the original input levels, even when the channels are turned up to full volume (I hadn't anticipated this); when I plug a set of basic stereo headphones up to the output, I can barely hear anything. This last Con has made the unit much less appealing; I've somewhat fixed the issue What I have ended up doing was feeding the output of this mixer into my original computer speakers, which amplify the signal enough for it to be heard, but that's with the speaker volume at maximum, all devices at maximum, and the channels on the mixer at maximum. I'd still want to have more gain as it's still a bit on the quiet side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from just what I needed My workstation consists of many computers and one set of high end desktop speakers. having access to quickly control the volume and having them out to one set of speakers is exactly what I needed. This does exactly that. I just wish I had thought to come look for this sooner. The only gripe (and it is really nothing more than a gripe), is that I wish the inputs were either on the side or back, having the cords coming out the front is not great for the aesthetic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great simple mixer for combining audios This is an ideal item, if you are just wanting to combine audios. Some people complain about the drop in level. As it is not powered, and so not amplifying, this is expected. The drop is noticeable, and only when volume is up on other inputs. Note also, the B&H specs show a single 1/4" Phone output, but as shown in the photos, it does have 1/8" 3.5 output as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MX41B Passive Mixer At first I was apprehensive about buying this product, but I did it anyway. There were some reviews about how this mixer lowered the output to levels that would be too low for multiple computers. I did not find this to be the case at all. The product is sturdy, and has a good output for mixing multiple computers and game systems. I am stoked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Passive mixer Works great so far. When I was looking for this mixer I didn't need volume controls but it came with it and makes life easier.
