A useful accessory for any drummer, the TAMA MC56 is a universal clamp that you can affix to various stands in your drum kit. Once you clamp the MC56 to a stand, you can thread an L-rod or cymbal boom arm to hold up a cowbell, woodblock, or even an extra cymbal.

The MC56 will work with stand pipes measuring between 0.6 and 1.1" in diameter, and it will accommodate L-rods and boom arms measuring between 0.4 and 0.5" in diameter. It utilizes a FastClamp design that makes attaching the clamp exceedingly easy. Instead of fussing over complicated, easy-to-lose parts, you simply open and close the clamp just like a clothespin.
