The PU-60 Arca-Type Quick Release Plate from Benro has a dovetail mount compatible with select Benro heads and other third-party heads and clamps. Cameras mount to the plate via its 1/4"-20 threaded camera mount, and the anti-twist padding on the top of the plate prevents the camera from moving while mounted to the plate.

Benro uses D-ring screws in all their PU quick-release plate series. If you look at the
B&H # BEPU30 there has an image of the screw available with the BH #BEPU60.

Does this fit the Benro VX20 tripod head? The plate in the photo shows "PU-50x" but it doesn't look like that exact version is available separately.
Yup! This will fit the VX20 no issue. Any arca-swiss style plate will work in this case; the PU-50X shown on display is shaped a little differently, but the grooves (aka arca-swiss dovetails) are exactly the same.
