Clips tend to come loose and fall out, making it difficult to hold anything. Also, it would be nice if there was clear plastic option, since black reflects in polished surfaces very prominently.
Base is too fragile

First of all the unit i received doesn't look exact like how it shows on B&H, a few days in use the base became a little loose and while i tried to tighten it, the round base got completely separated from the arm and now its basically useless
