Optoma Technology UHZ65LV Overview

Enjoy HDR 4K UHD content with the Optoma UHZ65LV XPR 4K UHD Laser DLP Projector. Its 5000 lumens of brightness will overcome ambient light in most installations, while its 2,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio will help enhance detail in dark areas of the image. The 3840 x 2160 resolution projected via XPR technology will help ensure that text and images are clear.

The UHZ65LV has VGA and two HDMI inputs to support a variety of sources. One HDMI input is MHL-compatible for connecting mobile devices, such as your smartphone or tablet, and the projector has a USB power output to help conserve your device's battery life or power a compatible streaming device. Its optical and analog audio outputs allow you to either use the built-in 5W speakers or output your audio to an external system. The projector is controllable via RS-232 and includes an IR remote control with a built-in laser pointer.

XPR Technology Projects 4K UHD Resolution
XPR technology combines image processing with the ability of the DMD's mirrors to shift at the microsecond level to allow each mirror to project multiple pixels per frame, creating a 4K UHD image from an otherwise non-UHD chip.
HDR10 & HLG Compatibility
The UHZ65LV supports the HDR10 and HLG HDR formats to deliver brighter whites and deeper black levels with Normal, Bright, Detail, and Film picture modes.
DLP Technology
DLP (Digital Light Processing) technology offers digital projection with enhanced contrast, fast response time, and virtually no color degradation.
DLP Link 3D Compatibility
Enjoy 3D content from any compatible source, including Blu-ray players, broadcast, and gaming consoles. Support for 144 Hz rapid refresh rate helps provide smooth, flicker-free images. DLP Link 3D glasses are required.
PureMotion
Using frame-interpolation technology, motion control processing helps eliminate motion blurring or image judder, even in high-speed action sequences. PureMotion works in both 2D and 3D and is optimized for 1080p24.
Dynamic Black Technology
This feature helps add depth to your image by adjusting the lamp output to create a high contrast ratio. Bright scenes appear crisp and clear, while dark scenes remain detailed with deep blacks and enhanced light and shade detail.
RS-232 Control
You can control the projector using HEX or ASCII commands via an RS-232 cable.
USB Power
Power and charge your compatible USB devices with the USB power port. It delivers up to 1 amp, making it compatible with some HDMI streaming media players.
Designed for Augmented Color
The UHZ65LV can reproduce the Rec.709 color gamut for accurate reproduction of cinematic color as the director intended. It can also produce saturated colors for gaming and animated movies.
12V Trigger
Trigger your motorized screen to lower or raise when the projector is powered on or off.
Vertical Lens Shift
Vertical lens shift helps simplify installations by shifting the image up or down without distortion to provide a wider range of projector placement possibilities.
Direct Power On
Turn the projector on directly from the power source. This helps installations that rely on power-on timers, allowing the timer to turn the projector off after a set time.
