This is a well-made product but I thought it was going to fit the AD300 Pro II without the Bowens adapter. Also, the umbrella holder puts the umbrella a bit off-center.

Works great, manufacturing looks really good. 4 stars instead of 5 is just because of an umbrella holder design. When you put this reflector on a light like AD600 pro you won't be able to use the holder on the light anymore. There is no hole in the reflector that would align to the holder on the strobe. But there is a separate holder on the reflector itself which works just fine. But the placing is on the front edge so it's not the best for bigger umbrellas since it will pull the light down more than if it was held by the strobe. And puts the whole weight of an umbrella on the Bowens mount instead of the stand.

I have some Fotodiox 400X LED lights and some 7' umbrellas. will this reflector support a 7' umbrella? Is the hole centered?
The Godox 5.9" Umbrella Reflector will work with a 7' umbrella and the umbrella hole is centered.

The Godox 5.9" Umbrella Reflector (B&H# GORFT17) has a small umbrella holder, but its location does not position the umbrella shaft far enough away from non-small strobes (such as the FotodioX Pro Warrior 400X Bi-Color LED Light Kit [B&H # FOWAR400XL]) to allow for use. In many cases, however, the Impact Swivel Umbrella Adapter (B&H # IMCA108) could be used with large umbrellas.

Does anyone know if the umbrella mount on this reflector line up with the umbrella holes on the Godox S2 and/or Godox AD-B2?
No, the umbrella mount on the Godox 5.9" Umbrella Reflector, BH #GORFT17, does not line up with the umbrella mounts on the Godox S2 Speedlite Bracket or Godox Dual Power Flash Bracket for AD200.

The specs say this reflector takes grids. What grids fit it?
We do not currently sell a grid made by Godox for the Godox 5.9" Umbrella Reflector. I tried the Godox C-02 Honeycomb Grid for RFT Bowens Mount Reflector, but it is 7" in diameter, which fits the Godox RFT Standard 7" Umbrella Reflector for Bowens Mount Strobes and LED Monolights.

If you want to spread the light widely with out a umbrella then just use a barebulb no reflector.
