The HoverCam Ultra 10 uses an included HDMI receiver to wirelessly output the captured 4K camera image to a display in up to UHD 4K30 resolution. It also has a built-in Android computer and a 7.1" multi-touch display where you can pinch-to-zoom, annotate, and perform other functions, without having to connect a separate computer. And it runs on a built-in battery that can last up to an entire school day, depending on usage. The Ultra 10 allows you to walk around the classroom, including approaching a student's desk with it, with no wires getting in the way. It's also capable of recording everything the camera eye sees, along with your annotations, in up to UHD 4K30 resolution, to an optional microSD card. Additionally, you can connect to the internet via built-in Wi-Fi and wirelessly upload to the cloud.
This version of the Ultra 10 outputs up to UHD 4K30 video to an HDMI display or projector, allowing the class to see everything in crisp detail thanks to HoverCam's adaptive sensor resolution technology. The wireless receiver can be mounted on the edge of your HDMI TV or next to your projector, and it provides an HDMI port for connecting to the display. The camera is capable of outputting uncompressed video to the display from up to 100' away, further enhancing your freedom of movement. By using a receiver, the Ultra 10 is designed to eliminate Wi-Fi interference issues that are common in standard wireless setups. Your image is wirelessly sent to the display with no lag, so the classroom sees everything in real time.
Other functions that can be achieved via the touchscreen include recording, wireless streaming, scanning, snapshots, and more. You can also download various Android apps to further manipulate your images for display on your large output screen. Supported apps include augmented reality, optical character recognition, and other popular 3D apps.
