Either bay on the Core SWX GPM-X2A Mini Dual Travel Battery Charger (Gold Mount) can be used for 3A charging when only charging a single battery.

Hi! Is this product adapted for European plug? Can I use it in France?

The Core SWX GPM-X2S Mini Dual Travel battery charger cord included is for the USA. But you could work with a simple plug converter to adapt from USA to your countries plug type. The charger will accept 100-240v power so it can work anywhere in the world.
