The Epiphan 3-Year Support Plan+ extends the standard one-year warranty on your Epiphan DVI2USB 3.0 to a full three years. The plan includes priority phone support for the three-year period, remote support, firmware upgrades, and advanced product replacement. In the standard one-year warranty, product replacement is offered only after your defective unit has been received. But with advanced replacement, a replacement unit is sent to you as soon as a problem has been diagnosed in troubleshooting and an RMA request has been filed.
Phone support is offered Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Eastern Standard time out of the Ottawa, Canada office. Eligibility for priority phone support puts you among the first in line to receive service. This 3-Year Support Plan+ must be purchased while your product is still under original warranty, and the three-year period begins from the date your product was originally shipped.
