The Epiphan 3-Year Support Plan+ extends the standard one-year warranty on your Epiphan VGADVI Broadcaster to a full three years. The plan includes priority phone support for the three-year period, remote support, firmware upgrades, and advanced product replacement. In the standard one-year warranty, product replacement is offered only after your defective unit has been received. But with advanced replacement, a replacement unit is sent to you as soon as a problem has been diagnosed in troubleshooting and an RMA request has been filed.
