The microphone features an omnidirectional pickup pattern that captures sound from every direction, allowing for freedom of movement—even when the subject turns away from the mic. The included alligator-style mic clip holds the mic firmly in place on clothing.
The 6.5' cable provides plenty of length for standing at an optimal distance in front of your camera. The included USB Type-C male-to-female adapter with a 90° design is ideal for connecting the microphone to a smartphone mounted on a gimbal. The adapter can also be used in any tight space between the recording device and microphone to avoid bending the straight mic cable, which can damage the cable and affect the life of the microphone.
The mic is powered via your Android device so you don't have to remember to change the battery. A foam windscreen is provided to protect against wind noise.
