They help keep the studio neat, and paper rolls accessible. What is even better is that I don't have to remove the counterweight at the bottom edge of the paper roll -- it still fits this device!
We have quite a few paper rolls, so I bought 3 of these. They are a bit expensive, but a great way to store our paper rolls. I'll probably get a 4th one too.
