Can this be used with a Canon 5Dsr paired with a Tamron 90 mm G2? And if so, what other adapters do I need to make it work? And which kind of plate should I use with a Manfrotto tripod? Thank you very much to whoever answers back.

No additional adapters would be needed to use the lens and camera on the Novoflex Automatic Bellows for Canon EF-Mount. However, if you wish, the Novoflex Castel-L Focusing Rack - with MiniConnect Quick Release may be purchased as an additional accessory, which would allow you to adjust the position of the bellows without adjusting the bellows itself, for times when you have already set the magnification or image size, and simply wish to reposition the bellows on the tripod.
