These must be purchased separately. You would need 2 pieces to mount the camera. The Novoflex A-Mount to BAL-F Adapter Ring linked here. https://bhpho.to/2W8tHpq. And the Novoflex Universal Bayonet A Adapter Ring for Canon RF Cameras linked here. https://bhpho.to/3BrAfzs. The proper lens mount will depend on the lens you wish to use on this.

Which Novoflex ring is needed to attach a standard M39 enlarger lens to this bellows? Is whatever ring that is also the same adapter to attach an M39 lens to the Novoflex Castbal Tilt-Shift Bellows #NOBACQ ?
Novoflex makes many lens adapters for the Novoflex Universal Compact Bellows.
They do not seem to make one for M39.
