After several decades of using Minolta, then Sony products, my Macro experience has spanned every conceivable method, or so I thought ;-) The perceived wisdom is that Auto Focus is rarely useful in macro. I now disagree with that. Modem mirrorless AF systems cope EXCEPTIONALLY well with Macro particularly in the field. The ability to mount lenses normally or reversed for EXTREME close up gives a convenience that is as revelation, if not a revolution ! Amazingly this bellows allows both Full Frame with my expensive Sony AF 90mm. Macro and VERY SURPRISINGLY gives almost indistinguishable results with my KIT LENS reversed. Yes it's ridiculously expensive, yes it's extremely well made the 58 X a small extension tube allows the fatter lenses to stay clear of the bellows mount foot area.

By increasing the distance between the sensor and the lens with the Novoflex Auto Bellows for Sony E-Mount, the macro focusing of a lens will be increased dramatically.

You can use a Fotodiox reversing ring such as this: https://bhpho.to/3l2trmc. The link I provided is for a lens with a 67mm filter thread. There are other sizes made depending on the filter size of your lens.
