Correct, the Too Hinge Floppy has the hinge and pin on the same side, on a Bottom Hinge the hinge is on the far edge, opposite the pin side.

Hi, can you help me understand how to choose between the top hinge and bottom hinge varieties of this floppy?
Top Hinge is the the more popular version, allowing you to support the Floppy from the center of the flag when fully open. The Bottom Hinge place the pin on the non-hinge side of the frame so that you must support the Floppy from the top of the unfolded unit.

No, the Matthews Floppy Flag (Top Hinge, 40 x 40") does not come with a bag. However, we sell the Matthews Zippered Flag Bag (40 x 40") which works great.
