Of all the aftermarket batteries I've used for our XA-65 cameras, the Jupio seems to have the longest run time. (Even tho it's a 2670 mA·h capacity, same as the other brands we've purchased.)

Original battery in video camera would no longer hold charge, this battery fit great and made an older video camera usable again.

Is the light on the video camera supposed to turn off when the battery is fully charged?
Regarding Canon XA-40s or 45's, the manual says:
"For your safety, battery packs that are not genuine canon will not charge even if you attach them to this camera or use the optional CG800E battery charger". I found this out the hard way on a location shoot.
