Both batteries in this kit have the same problem with my Fujifilm X100VI: after light use, the camera displays a low-battery warning and shuts down while still showing two bars. Restarting it briefly shows two bars again before it immediately shuts down. Jupio support responded promptly and said this was not typical. However, its warranty process requires shipping the kit to New York for evaluation before service options are discussed. Rather than pay shipping and potentially wait several weeks for a newly purchased product, I’m returning it to B&H. The charger worked and support was responsive, but batteries that shut down unexpectedly with two bars remaining are not dependable, especially at this kit’s price.
I bought this as a back up for a back up. What can I say after a year, it just works. No swelling, no battery life issues, it holds a charge.
