If I use this monitor for focus pulling remotly is there any solution to also control the camera from distance?
The SmallHD Cine 7 Touchscreen On-Camera Monitor with ARRI Control Kit (L-Series) is a cabled solution that would need to be an on camera display when being used. We do have wireless follow focus solutions that would work with many camera models that could be used from a distance.

No this can NOT be powered through a RED lemo cable, they have opposite polarities, SMALLHD is ARRI polarity and RED is US polarity
