Hi there, will this work with a Small HD Focus 5" monitor?
According to Andycine, the Andycine Tilt Arm for 4.5 to 5.7- Monitors, "works with ANDYCINE 4.5 to 5.7" monitors, and similar 3rd-party monitors with a 1/4"-20 threaded hole on the side."
Since the SmallHD Focus 5" monitor is a 5" screen with a side 1/4"-20 mounting thread, it should work fine.

What is the distance from the side 1/4 20 connector to the bottom arm?
That spec is not listed as this arm is specifically for ANDYCINE Monitors between 4.5 to 5.7 inches. If you have an ANDYCINE monitor in that size range this will work.
