Is there a carriage load capacity for this? I was hoping to attach to one end of 4' tube lights to have them stand vertical.

Ulanzi has not provided specifications for the MT-14's load capacity, but it is only depicted supporting smaller point-and-shoot cameras and mirrorless cameras. Your mileage may vary.
