Does using an NVME M.2 drive in either or both M.2 slots of this motherboard leech PCI-E lanes from the x16 slot? My current motherboard cuts PCI-E lanes for my GPU down to x8 while using an NVME drive and I'm looking to avoid that situation.
Ryzen 3000 chips have 24 PCIe lanes.
4x for the chipset (running at gen3 speed)
4x for the front M.2 slot (the other M.2 is connected via the chipset)
16x for the main PCIe slot
no other direct PCIe devices to worry about

Has anyone been able to boot with a Ryzen 5 5600X? It didn't post for me. Meaning, you can't even get to the BIOS screen.
You might need to update the BIOS if you are not able to post. You can use Q-Flash to update the BIOS.
