The USB to L-Series Dummy Battery Cable from GyroVu allows you to use an optional 5V USB power source to power a camera or accessory that uses a Sony L-series battery. The dummy battery features a 40" cable with a USB Type-A connector. Battery status is passed to the camera using a built-in emulator chip. A 5V USB power supply is included with the dummy battery.

I really like the fact that this accessory eliminates the need for batteries. In addition it also lighten the load of the light enabling it to stay where you adjusted it. Can by powered from 110V outlet and USB Power Bank

I suffered through years of plodding existence, enduring daily torture inflicted by constantly connecting my camera to an old Western Electric telephone magneto and hand-cranking power for the device. I developed 'cranker's carpus' from this practice, as well as constipation from consistently cutting fiber from my consumption. Then came B&H, riding on a white horse bearing a GyroVu USB to Sony L-Series Dummy Battery Cable with Power Supply (40). I joyfully connected all 40 of the beast to my camera and voila...no more magneto, no more cranking, no more carpus and no more constipation! My clients immediately notice a change. Gone were the ceaseless days of scenes lasting no more than 3 seconds because I forgot to crank! Gone were the exploding cameras from too much cranking! Gone is the constipation, because I now have a fiber-rich diet! My life has changed!

Will this work with a GVM RGB-10S?

This is an NP-F style dummy battery, which is the kind of battery plate the GVM RGB-10S uses. This should work with that light.
