For a heavy lens like the Olympus 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO, you should use a lens collar to properly balance the weight and reduce strain on your camera's lens mount.

Looking to purchase an identical copy of the exact 1/4-20" screw from this QR plate BH# SM2146B , is there a bh# for buying just the exact 1/4-20" screw used in this smallrig QR plate?
You can get the 1/4"-20 screw used in the SmallRig Quick Release Arca-Type Plate from the SmallRig 1/4"-20 Knurled Camera Screw (5-Pack)(BH #SM1615B), or you could also get the SmallRig 838 Quick Release Camera Screw with D-Ring (1/4"-20, Pair)(BH #SM838) which has a slightly different design but the same overall dimensions of the 1/4"-20 used in this quick release plate.
