Surprisingly delicate

I admit that I have not actually used this item. However, while unboxing it, it dropped to the floor, about 3 to 4 feet. The main piece was undamaged, but one of the screws for the plate that actually holds wires in place cleanly broke into two pieces! At most, I would have expected it to be scratched, possibly even slightly bent, but to break in two means that substandard parts were used.
