The FA-03 Flash Cold Shoe Conversion Adapter for ARCA Clamps from Leofoto is an insulated cold shoe that allows you to mount your flash directly through its hot shoe connection to any Really Right Stuff compatible quick release clamp. It also features a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting socket on the bottom for installation on any 1/4"-20 threaded post.

Secures cables in place to prevent accidental release.
Allows for the mounting of flash in either direction.
The adapter is made of CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum.

I needed this atop a small tripod to hold a light cube. Works well. Nicely made. Will last a lifetime.

Robust quality, but not for holding the flash itself

I bought one expecting to use it as a cold shoe with an Arca Swiss compatible tripod head, but it isn't intended for that purpose (or at least it doesn't fit my Sony flashes, which are presumably a standard size). Instead, it appears to be designed for shoe mounts, like for example this Vello, https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/824804-REG/Vello_CS_BH2_Multi_Function_Ball_Head_for.html Fortunately, I have several of these, so I can use this adapter that way.
