IT NOW WOBBLES! NEEDS REPAIRS

After one year of very limited use this head has developed a Wobble appearing to be between its base and the butterfly ring. I live in New Zealand so uneconomic to return. I would like some advice regarding how this can be repaired please. Unfortunately BH website does not allow me to connect directly by email from NZ. Would appreciate advice please from BH or Kirk.

This leveling base is right up there with the likes of Acratech and Novoflex. Petite yet rubust, it rotates very smoothly in all axis and yet has no give once the collar is locked,

How do you lock down a manfrotto fluid head on the Kirk TLB2? I dont see any locking screws.
Unfortunately, the Kirk TLB2 would lack grub screws to secure a head like those from Manfrotto to secure further.
