Expiration Date Solution!!!! / Dear B&H

To those of you who purchased this bundle: Please know that you should contact AMD Rewards support about this issue. I was able to get my copy after providing my B&H invoice and explaining that B&H did NOT, in any way discuss or advertise an expiration date or a link to terms & conditions describing such. It may take a day or two and several emails to get your game but it is possible - just act quickly since I believe the entire deal ended in December of 2020. Five Stars to AMD & AMD Rewards for helping with the issue. To B&H: In the past I haven't really had any issue ordering through your website - a few late deliveries but nothing unexpected in the age of COVID - however this one was a major headache. If you are going provide a product, item, or bundle that expires or has terms and conditions associated with it you NEED to provide that information to consumers BEFORE they make a purchase and you need to be upfront with it. There was no indication that this bundle was time sensitive so while waiting for my graphics card to come in to complete my first PC build ever I sat on the code for months not knowing that it would expire. I'm certain there are laws regarding consumer transparency and accessibility that may have been violated here. And don't try to point out the tiniest line of text in the photo - that doesn't cut it. This should have included the expiration and terms boldly, in legible text on the item page. It also should have been mentioned in every email associated with this bundle and been included somewhere on the invoice. This may have been a lapse in communication between B&H and AMD but if a product doesn't mention that it will expire it is your responsibility to discover if there is one and advertise it in an accessible manner.

I just learned that the license code has an expiration date :D. Please save your license code in case you ever need to reinstall your software. I don't know what to do with an expired license code.

Had the same problem. Contacted AMD and the promotion ended on Nov 7th. Contact B&H or dispute the transaction. They really need to pull this down.
