I have the hp app on my phone and decided to use the automated refill service. Where the app connects to your printer and aends you the ink cartridge automatically. The app selected the wrong ink cartridge and returning the thing is next to impossible. I’ll never use the automated system again. It feels like this was intentional. Just go to the store and buy one.
These 67XL ink cartridges did not work in the HP4255e Deskjet printer. The printer had difficulty maintaining connection with these cartridges. We bought new standard 67 cartridges and the printer works perfect again.
