Bring realistic control to your flight simulator with the TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition from Thrustmaster. Designed for a realistic commercial aircraft control experience, this throttle quadrant features an Airbus control panel as well as a thrust reverser. Thrust levels can also be adjusted to accommodate different aviation styles, and a tensioning screw on the underside of the controls can be used to find the optimal level of resistance. Hall effect magnetic sensors provide precise control on the pitch and roll axes with a 14-bit resolution.

Furthermore, this Airbus replica includes realistic detents for idle, climb, flex, and takeoff and go-around or TO/GA. Additionally, this throttle quadrant incorporates two Engine Master selector switches and eight physical action buttons. Another eight virtual buttons are divided into groups of four for each axis. The Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition is compatible with Windows 8 and later, and it can be used with other Thrustmaster controls, including T.Flight Rudder Pedals and the Thrustmaster Pendular Rudder. It is also compatible with the TM Flying Clamp hardware bracket.

Built-In Upgradeability

Use the included connectors to pair the TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition with the optional T.Flight Rudder Pedals or other Thrustmaster controls—available separately. Two throttle quadrants can even be linked together and, with two M6 screw threads, mounting to a simulated cockpit is quick and easy. No dedicated simulator space? No sweat! Six rubber pads provide stability when using the quadrant on a desk or tabletop.

Plug-And-Play

Take advantage of native integration in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, which automatically recognizes the throttle quadrant.

Compatible with T.A.R.G.E.T Software

Thrustmaster Advanced Programming Graphical Editor software allows you to load or create specific mapping presets for each aircraft as well as extend or save all of your favorite settings.

The setup could use more functional buttons and I recommend finding a way to permanently stick your throttle quadrant because it will move around.

Well built and a nice addition to A320 flying. Needs a custom setup for use with the excellent flybywire 320 add in (free) but worth the time. A little pricey for what you get. Airbus joystick is a better value.

I have had this product for around a week. The problem I’m having is connecting it with this the game to work properly. I have contacted Thrustmaster directly for any type of help they are not very helpful telling me to watch YouTube videos. They do have their own programmer however if you’re not familiar with how to use it it can be challenging. As of today I cannot fly using this product.

Works great, easy setup. Maybe slightly not enough resistance on the throttles even when turned to max, but otherwise ok. I would wait and see of the price goes back to $99 if you can.

As an add-on, its a great compliment to the overall setup. It does take some calibration and adjustment to dial it in just right but overall its a great addition for flying 4 engine birds. Works as advertised. Pros: Everything is adjustable and programable. Mostly works right out of the box. Cons: It is does feel kinda cheap and adding it to the existing throttle requires a steady hand. Adjustment can be frustrating if you're new to sim equipment.

Works Well

I really like the quality of the throttle. The buttons and switches have a good feel to them. It was easy to set up with Microsoft Flight Simulator. I only have 2 gripes. 1) The tensioning screw to make the handles harder to move has little to no effect. Tightened all the way, the throttles move just as easily as not tightened at all. In fact, I have it tightened all the way, but the handles can still slowly move down under their own weight when throttle is set very low. 2) The detents to set Climb, Flex, and TOGA power are evenly spaced along the axis. Meaning move the throttle up 1/3 of the way and you are at Climb thrust setting. Another 1/3 and you are at Flex thrust, the final 1/3 gets you to TOGA power. This only gives you a small amount of throw (first 1/3) to adjust when in manual throttle setting. In reality, all of these detents are at the top (last 1/3) of the axis.
