great for getting more juice out of your light. increases output and helps control spill. i use this when making bounce light or shooting a light into a silk.

I have enjoyed using this reflector with my Godox ADP100Pro fresnel head strobe. When used directly, it boosts the output power by about 1 & 2/3 of a stop compared to 1/3 stop with a standard 7 reflector.

Are there any grids compatible with this reflector?

Standard 7" grids slip out. However, you can hold the grids in place with a couple small pieces of gaffer tape. Just be careful of the heat loosening the tape and making a mess.

It has a bowens mount as the Godox AD-B2 has this.. all Godox reflectors should work with all Godox lights.
